Let go of your Ex or Situationship

The Let Go of Your Ex or Situationship Series is a powerful, 3-part, deeply transformative ritual designed to help you break free from the emotional & energetic ties keeping you stuck on someone who is no longer serving you. Across three 1-hour online energy healing sessions, we work to dissolve attachment, release emotional blockages, reclaim your personal power, and create the energetic space you need to finally move forward.

Are you constantly checking your phone, waiting for their next call or text? Have you started putting your own life on hold, making their attention, moods, and availability the centre of your world? Are you caught in a push-and-pull dynamic where they seem to have just enough power over you to keep you hoping, waiting, and coming back, even when deep down you know there may be no future here while you want one? Or maybe you’ve already had the conversation, got the closure, and know exactly where things stand, yet somehow you still can’t process it fully or move on.

You tell yourself that if you’re patient enough, loving enough, understanding enough, eventually they’ll choose you properly. Maybe this time it will become the relationship you’ve been hoping for. And yet, months (or even years) can pass while you’re still waiting. You can see the pattern, understand that you’re being pulled in and pushed away, and still find yourself responding to the call, answering the message, going back for another conversation, another chance, another hit of hope. STOPPP.

The Let Go of Your Ex / Situationship Series is designed to help you break this cycle at its roots. Across three deeply personalized online energy healing sessions, we work on the emotional wounds, energetic ties, and underlying patterns that keep you attached, so you can begin releasing their hold over your thoughts, emotions, choices, and sense of self.

Letting go is much more than physically leaving a connection. It’s about becoming free enough that you are good either way: whether they change, come back, choose you, give you the future you’ve been waiting for or .. they don’t. Best of all, all that (mental and emotional) energy that you are pouring into another, can now be used for YOU ❤️.

FAQs

Each session begins with a personal consultation to check in on how you’re feeling, explore what has shifted since the previous session, and set the intention for the work ahead. This ensures that every session is tailored to you, focused on what is most present, and held in a safe and comfortable space.

The healing itself combines a range of energy healing techniques designed to help release emotions that are ready to be let go of, while working with the deeper energetic imprints and patterns that keep you connected to the person you’re ready to move on from.

After each session, you may feel a little tired as your system integrates the work. The changes are often subtle at first, unfolding consistently in the background rather than all at once.

You may notice unexpected insights, a renewed sense of empowerment, or moments where old patterns resurface. This is part of the process. You may briefly find yourself slipping back into familiar thoughts or behaviours, only to notice that you’re able to step out of them more easily each time.

Your system is learning a new way of responding. Instead of remaining caught in the emotional and energetic patterns that have kept you feeling stuck, you begin to create more space, choice, and freedom for yourself.

Each session builds upon the one before it, allowing the work to deepen and integrate progressively. The full effects continue to unfold after the final session, with the transformation typically becoming clearer over the following few weeks.

Session 1

I felt all sorts of things happening in my body very quickly. In the beginning, it almost felt as if I had taken mushrooms because I had the urge to laugh and felt a little silly or giddy. Even then, I noticed that I had difficulty allowing myself to fully surrender to it. The same was probably true of what happened afterwards.

Quite quickly, I felt that something was stuck in my body - tension or energy. It started around my throat, mouth, and jaw. I felt constriction, tension, and a sense of suffocation there, which seemed to radiate through the rest of my body. I noticed that I had a lot of difficulty surrendering to it and allowing it to release. Thoughts came up such as, ‘I don’t want to start screaming or yelling,’ and I was worried that the neighbours might hear me. I also thought, ‘I don’t actually know you (Fay) at all yet,’ which made the experience feel somewhat unsafe on some level.

As the session progressed, it became easier, and I was gradually able to express what was arising. A lot of it felt like suffocation, coughing, sighing, and releasing tension around my throat and jaw.

At one point, tears also came up, I believe when you were working around my heart. At the same time, I noticed that I was feeling sensations in my genitals as well. It was a combination of arousal and sadness. This also made me think of the dynamic between me and my ex partner. We had an incredibly strong sexual chemistry, but there were always a lot of emotions involved too - feeling triggered, old wounds, trauma, and so on.

Overall, I think there is still a lot of our relationship stored energetically in my body, but unexpectedly, I also realised that I was afraid to let it go. I hadn’t expected this because I have already released a lot of grief. But apparently, what is still held in my body now has more to do with anger and pain that remain stuck.

Session 1 Observation:
I was impressed by how quickly you were able to sense that I did not like the clinginess of my ex-lover. This dynamic appeared to be present energetically beneath the surface, even though it had not necessarily been explicitly expressed during the session.

Session 2

A lot happened again during today’s session. Afterwards, I mainly felt a sense of calm, acceptance, and surrender. The session focused primarily on being able to receive love and open myself up to intimacy. ‘Coincidentally,’ I was asked several times over the past week whether I am actually able to open myself up to intimacy.

It was painful to realise that I apparently have difficulty opening myself up in this way. Tears came quite quickly when I was confronted with this. This is an old pain that I have carried with me for a very long time - since childhood, and certainly since my teenage years.

In my relationships, I was also often told that the other person could feel a distance from me and that my heart was closed.

At the beginning of the session, I therefore felt a lot of restlessness in my body. Until the first tears came. That felt good - the feeling that I was able to release some of the pain and sadness.

After that, there was a moment of stillness, but I could also feel the tension building up again. Later, it gradually and spontaneously began to flow out of my body. I felt as though I was drifting away or floating, while still remaining aware of my body. For a very brief moment, I also felt nauseous.

Apparently, receiving love is also difficult for me, and there seem to be blockages around this as well. I recognise this in my relationships and in my interactions with women. I give very easily, but I have difficulty receiving. This means that my ‘bucket’ often becomes empty quite quickly, especially when additional demands are placed on me through the other person’s neediness, clinginess, or lack of autonomy. At those moments, I need space for myself. But it would also be wonderful if I could actually ‘recharge’ through my connection with another person.

After the nausea, everything became quiet. I felt myself becoming calmer. Lighter. And we reached the end of the session.

What is interesting is that I suddenly feel much less desire to seek contact with my ex. It feels as though something has shifted there. Perhaps because it has become clearer that the underlying issue is related to intimacy, rather than being specifically about her. I now feel that the solution lies there - not in going back to the old dynamic, but in exploring how, and with whom, I want to be able to open myself up.

That person could still be her. But perhaps too much has happened between us. I notice that I also feel resentment towards her because of the ways in which she has hurt me. She has breached my trust on several occasions, including secretly reading my journal last year. On another occasion, she created a fake Tinder profile to ‘test’ me. I realise that these experiences still affect me, and that there are also plenty of reasons why I may not want to go back to her.

For now, I’ll see how things unfold over the coming days…

Session 3

Fear of Love? During the last session there was also a moment where I had to visualise my new love. That moment really touched me. I remembered a moment from the past when I was in love with someone, but at the same time, I was very afraid to fully surrender to those feelings or express them out loud. In fact, it was very similar to what happened to me during my teenage years.

And yet, this is exactly the feeling I am looking for. To be deeply moved by someone. By a look, a smile, or simply an unexplainable energy or attraction. Not necessarily because of someone’s appearance or because they tick a particular checklist, but simply because the connection is there. Unconditionally.

It also gave me the realisation that I never experienced this feeling in my relationship with my ex. Deep down, I have always known and felt this. In a way, I had been fooling both myself and the other person for a very long time, and it is painful to acknowledge that.

During the session, I mainly experienced physical sensations in my throat and neck, along with a strong knot in my stomach. When I brought my attention to my throat, tears came. It felt as though my fear of intimacy and love was stored there, along with the difficulty of putting those feelings into words. The tension also extended into my neck, where I could feel that something was being held. I had an abscess in my neck a few weeks ago, so that felt quite striking as well.

Towards the end of the session, I felt more relaxed. I still had a slight headache, but there was also a strong sense that something had genuinely shifted. Combined with the previous sessions and the insights I have had over the past few weeks, I now feel more at peace and have the sense that I can finally leave my previous relationship behind.

I know now that I am allowed to look for love without chaos, without the constant push-and-pull, and without keeping my nervous system in a state of alert. I can look for a relationship where my nervous system can actually settle: a regulated, safe container rather than a constant trauma loop.

And without love bombing. 😉
