Terms of Service.

1. Nature of the Services

The services offered (Heal & Unblock Session, Remote Energy Session, and Energy Body Massage) are forms of complementary energy healing.

These sessions are intended to support emotional release, energetic balance, nervous system regulation, and personal development.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.

No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes. Results vary depending on individual readiness and circumstances.

2. Consent and Personal Responsibility

Clear and respectful communication is essential.

For in-person sessions involving touch (Energy Body Massage), physical boundaries will be discussed beforehand and are always honoured.

You confirm that:

• You are able to communicate your boundaries clearly.

• You take responsibility for expressing consent or non-consent at any time.

• You may pause or stop a session at any moment, for any reason.

• You respect Fay’s physical boundaries.

Fay also reserves the right to pause or terminate a session if necessary for safety, ethical reasons, or energetic integrity. In such cases, reimbursement is not guaranteed.

3. Health and Suitability

By booking a session, you confirm that you are in a stable mental and physical condition to receive energy healing or bodywork.

You agree to disclose any relevant medical or psychological conditions prior to the session, including but not limited to:

• Severe mental health disorders

• Active trauma instability

• Recent surgeries

• Pregnancy

• Cardiovascular conditions

If you are under medical or psychological treatment, it is your responsibility to consult your physician or therapist before booking.

Fay reserves the right to decline or postpone a session if deemed not appropriate.

4. Confidentiality

All personal information, discussions, and experiences shared during sessions are treated as strictly confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

5. Preparation and Integration

You agree to follow any preparation guidelines provided prior to the session.

These include:

• Arriving sober (no drugs, heavy meds or alcohol in your system)

• Being physically rested

• Creating a quiet space for remote sessions

• Informing Fay of relevant emotional or physical conditions

Energy work may bring emotional or physical responses during or after the session. You confirm that you take responsibility for your integration process.

6. Payment and Cancellation Policy

In case of a Remote Energy Healing Session, payment is due prior to the session unless otherwise agreed. In case of the Heal & Unblock Session and the Healing Energy Massage, the payment is done after the session.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

In case of no-show, the full session fee may be charged.
