The actual session involves a blend of various massage techniques and energy practices designed to awaken and balance your body's vital energies, focusing on deep relaxation and releasing any energetic blockages.

During this phase, Fay maintains a mindful presence practising techniques that facilitate your flow of energy, while ensuring your comfort and emotional safety throughout. The session concludes with a period of integration, allowing you to absorb and reflect on the healing energies activated during the massage.

Privacy is a core value at Healing in the City. All sessions are confidential, and nothing you share, express, or experience is ever disclosed to others. Even your visit remains private unless you choose to share your name publicly in a review. If you wish, a formal confidentiality agreement can also be arranged.

To prepare optimally for the energy massage, please arrive without heavy medication, drugs, or alcohol in your system. If possible, allow at least 48 hours without clitoral orgasm or ejaculation so energy can build naturally in the body. On the day of the session, keep food light and limit caffeine, as the massage includes deep abdominal work and stimulants can have a numbing effect. Please also shave or significantly trim the vulva and penis. This is important because the massage is very thorough (including internal work), and body hair can cause discomfort when oil is used and may interfere with the quality of the treatment.
